What should I pack for my trip?

What you should pack and bring for your trip depends on what kind of adventure you’ve booked with us. We always encourage people to pack the following:

  • Clothes according to the weather
  • Your camera
  • A tripod

Most of our trips include snacks and hot beverages, but it can be smart to bring something on your own as well.

What's included in my booking?

All of our tours are different, which makes this a difficult question to answer. We always write what’s included in the tour descriptions, so take a look at the trip you want to book to see the details.

With the exception of the Northern Lights Camp, the following is always included in our tours:

  • Hot beverages
  • Snacks
  • Camera help
Is transport to and from the tour included?

In most of our tours, it is. This does, however, vary from tour to tour. When transport is included, it will say so in the tour description.

Can you guarantee that we'll see the Northern Lights?

Unfortunately, no, we cannot guarantee that we’ll see the Northern Lights on our trips. If the weather is bad or there’s overcast, chances are the Northern Lights will be hard to find. We do, however, have a 98% success rate of finding Aurora on our tours.

Can I cancel or change my trip with you?

Yes, of course. After booking, you’ll be able to cancel or change your booking in My Account up to 5 days prior to the tour. If there’s less than 5 days to your tour, please contact us and together we’ll find a solution.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel or edit your tour in My Account up to 5 days prior to the tour. We will, of course, refund the entire amount paid. If there are less than 5 days to your tour, please contact us and we’ll cancel your tour manually.
